Once a commission has been approved, the reward becomes available for fulfillment. This fulfillment process is what we call a payment.
Within the “Payouts” section of your Ambassador dashboard, there are two tabs. The first tab is “Owed” and it contains a list of any payments that need to be sent to your ambassadors; the second is “History” and it displays any past payments that have been made.


How do I send a payment?

If you are not utilizing automated payments, the "Owed" tab is where you will go to pay your ambassadors.

Step 1: In the navigation menu on the left, click "Payouts." 

Step 2: To pay an ambassador, check the box to the left of their name. A blue “Pay” button will then appear in the top right corner. Please note, you can only make one payment at a time. 

Step 3: After clicking the “Pay” button, a pop-up will appear where you can select the payment type, method and amount. If you are sending a gift card or PayPal payment, you'll select the "Monetary" tab. 

If you are sending a voucher payment, you'll select "Non-Monetary."

Please note, make sure you use the drop-down menu to select your payment method (ex. PayPal or gift card for monetary payments or voucher for non-monetary payments). If you select a “Manual” payment, you’re designating that a payment will be made outside of the Ambassador platform (such as cutting a check). 

Step 4: When you’ve finished selecting your options, click “Pay” to fulfill the payment.
