If you are utilizing PayPal to pay out commissions, your ambassadors will need to add a PayPal email address in their account before a manual or automated payment can be sent to them.
One of the transactional emails that can be sent via Ambassador is the "Update Payment Info" email. This email provides your ambassador with step-by-step instructions to add a PayPal email address in the portal in order to receive payment.

How do I send the "Update Payment Info" email?

Before sending the "Update Payment Info" email, we recommend going into your campaign and editing the email template to include your branding. This email can be found in your campaign under "Campaign Emails."
Once the email has been customized, follow the steps below to send your ambassador the "Update Payment Info" email.
Step 1: In the navigation menu on the left, click "Payouts."

Step 2: On this page, you’ll see any payouts that are owed to your ambassadors. To identify which ambassadors have not added a PayPal email address, check the column with a P symbol. If an ambassador has not added their PayPal email, there will not be a P in this column.

Please note, you can use the "Filter payouts by" drop-down menu at the top to only show owed payouts for ambassadors without a PayPal email address. Simply click "has PayPal email," then select "no."

Step 3: Next, click "Contacts" in the navigation menu on the left.

Step 4: At the top of this page, you can search for the ambassador you want to send the Update Payment Info email to. Once you've found the ambassador, click the box next to their name and several gray buttons will appear in the top right corner.

Step 5: Click on the gray "Send" button, and in the drop-down menu select "Payment update.

You've now sent the "Update Payment Info" email! Repeat steps 4 and 5 to send the email to additional ambassadors.
