Overview

Vouchers allow you to provide reward codes to ambassadors that can be used within your shopping cart.

The voucher codes are sent to the ambassador via a merge tag in the campaign's "Fulfilled Payout" email.

How do I enable Vouchers and setup the Payout email?

Follow these steps to setup the Voucher Payment Method and Fulfilled Payout email.

Step 1: Within your Campaign Setup > Payment Method > select "Voucher"

Note: If "Voucher" is not listed as an available payment method, notify your CSM and they will enable it.

Step 2: Within your Campaign Setup > Emails > look for "Fulfilled Payout" and toggle it on. Then, hover and click the "Customize" button.

Step 3: While customizing the Fulfilled Payout email with your preferred copy and design, ensure that you include the required merge tag {voucher_code}. This is what will tell our system to dynamically pull a unique voucher code from the list you've uploaded and insert it in the email to the ambassador.

How do I import voucher codes?

Follow these steps to add voucher codes to your account.

Step 1: Start by creating a .CSV file with codes from your system that can be redeemed by the ambassador.

Your file should include the following columns:

  • code: Enter the voucher code in this required column. This code must be unique and accepted in your shopping cart.

  • campaign_id: Make sure to add the campaign UID in this column. The ID can be found in the "Campaigns" section under the "ID" column.

    • Voucher codes must be assigned to a campaign. If you have multiple campaigns, then you should split up the codes to assign between them. They cannot be fulfilled globally.

Please note, to convert an Excel file to a CSV, simply choose "Save As" and select .csv as the extension.

Step 2: Once you are ready to import your voucher codes, go to the navigation menu on the left and click "Settings."

Step 3: Next, click the “Payments” tab.

Step 4: Under “Payment Methods,” hover your mouse over “Codes” and you’ll see a button appear. Click “Configure” and you’ll end up here.

Step 4: Click on the "Vouchers" tab.

Step 5: On this page, you can import a list of voucher codes via a CSV file. Start by clicking on the “Import Vouchers Codes” button.

Step 5: After clicking the button, a popup will appear with a sample file. When you’re ready to import your CSV, click to browse and find the file or drag and drop. Use the drop-down menu to select where to send the import results to and then click "Continue."

How do I view my voucher status?

After uploading, you can return to this page to view how many vouchers have been issued, who they were sent to and how many remain.

Additionally, when there are 10% of codes remaining, an automated notification email will be sent to the primary admin of the account.

Tip: The "Filters" option in the top-right corner is a helpful tool for viewing vouchers tied to a specific campaign or sent to a specific ambassador.
