Overview

Once a commission has been approved, the reward becomes available for fulfillment. This fulfillment process is what we call a payout.

Before you Payouts can be fulfilled either manually or automatically. For more information on setting up automated payouts, check out our support article:  Please note, automated payouts are only available for those on Professional and Enterprise plans.

How do I make a payout?

If you do not have automated payouts enabled, the "Unpaid" tab is where you will go to pay your ambassadors. Follow the steps below to make a manual payout.

Step 1: In the navigation menu on the left, click "Commissions

Step 2: To pay a commission, check the box to the left of the approval date. You can even check multiple commissions at once to apply a bulk action. Once the commission is selected, buttons will appear at the top to “Pay” or “Unapprove” the commission.

Step 3: After clicking the “Pay” button, a pop-up will appear where you can select the payment method and amount. Please note, only payment method options that you have enabled will appear in this pop-up. A “Manual” payout should only be selected if you’re designating that a payment will be made outside of the Ambassador platform (such as mailing a check).

Step 4: Click “Next” to review your selections and finish fulfilling the payout. When you’re done reviewing, click the green pay button.

You can view and export your payout history within the “Payments History” tab.
