Overview
The portal login page is where you will direct your enrolled participants to login to their Portal account. For an overview of what the Portal is, click here.
Each instance of Ambassador has a single Portal and a single Login page to that Portal. You can make customizations to the Portal experience dependent on a campaign or segment the user is in, but you cannot customize the login screen between user types.
Tip: If your participants have an area of your website or app that they already login to, you can setup our Portal SSO (single-sign-on) to seamlessly log them into their Portal account with the email address they're logged in with.
Follow the below steps to customize the login page.
Step 1: In the navigation menu on the left, click Portal > then, click Login and you'll end up here - https://admin2.getambassador.com/app/portal/login.
Step 2: Use the simple image uploader to add your company logo with the following specifications:
100px x 100px or higher recommended (max 10MB)
A transparent background is recommended.
Note: This logo will also appear inside the Portal for a user.
Step 3: (Optional) If you would like to add JavaScript to customize this login screen, you can upload it to the Header Scripts area.
Step 4: When complete, click Save.
