Overview
Upload assets to the Portal, such as images, banner ads, pdfs, videos, and more to provide your participants with guides, resources and marketing materials to promote your company and amplify your referral program.
You can upload global assets for all participants to access or campaign specific assets.
How do ambassadors use assets?
Once logged into the portal, your participants can click on the Assets tab to access the assets you’ve uploaded. From there, your ambassador can click the asset to Preview and Download or click "Copy Embed Code" to embed it directly to their website.
Each ambassador has a unique referral link that is included in the Embed Code making the marketing asset a clickable, trackable link.
Supported Formats
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, MP3, MP4, MPEG (max 10MB)
You can utilize this chart as a reference for typical ad sizes.
How to upload Assets
To make assets available for all participants in any referral campaign, follow these steps.
Step 1: In the navigation menu, click on Portal > then, click Assets.
You will land here - https://admin2.getambassador.com/app/portal/assets.
Replicate the following steps for each asset.
Step 2: Click the blue Add asset button to open this modal.
Step 3: Fill out the asset details and upload.
Title & Description for how it will appear in the Portal
Select a campaign if it's campaign specific or leave it blank for global access
Upload the supported file type
Step 4: Save
Step 5: Repeat for each asset.
How to Edit, Delete or Download Assets
Go to Portal > Assets > select an Asset:
To Edit... click the Edit button. This will open the modal for you to make any changes. Then, save.
To Delete... click the red Delete button.
To Download... click the Download files button.
