At times, you may need to search for the ambassador that a referral link belongs to. This can be easily done by looking up the ambassador's share code. 

Follow the steps below to identify who a share link belongs to.

​Step 1: In the navigation menu on the left, click "Share Links." You'll end up here.

Step 2: Once on this page, click the "Filters" button in the right corner. 

Step 3: A drop-down menu will open that includes filter options, select "Share Code." 

Step 4: For optimal results, select to search by "contains" and then enter the share code. 

If the share link you're looking up is http://refer.getambassador.com/hGwnl, the "hGwnl" portion of the link is the share code. Alternatively, if you have enabled link customization, your ambassador's link may look something like this instead http://refer.getambassador.com/heather. In this instance, the share code you would look up is "heather."

Step 5: After applying the filter, the ambassador that owns the link will be returned.
