The interactive Loyalty Dashboard allows you to monitor the performance and access activity.

The Loyalty Dashboard allows you to monitor the performance, engagement, and activity for your Loyalty program.

By default, the dashboard will display data over the last 30 days. You can adjust the date-range to update the metrics, graphs, charts and tables that follow.

Interactivity: As you click on each of the metrics at the top , the graph will update to reflect the new metric details over that time frame.

Overview Graph & Metrics

  • New Enrollments: Number of contacts newly enrolled during this date-range.

    • Note: Includes members and non-members of Loyalty.

  • Total Enrolled: Total number of enrolled contacts.

    • Note: Includes members and non-members of Loyalty.

  • Engagement: Number of enrolled contacts that became Loyalty members during this period.

  • Engagement Rate: Percentage of total enrolled contacts that are Loyalty members.


Tiers Chart

Number of Loyalty members that joined each of your tiers during the selected date-range.

Loyalty Members join tiers by earning specific badges enabled with “Is Tier”.

If the pie chart is blank, this means that you have no badges enabled for Tiers.

Tasks Bar Chart

Number of Loyalty members who have completed each active Task during the selected date-range.

If the Tasks chart is empty, this means that you have no Tasks setup.

Revenue per Tier Pie Chart

Revenue earned from orders made by Loyalty members in each Tier during the selected date-range. Note: This is only from the Loyalty/Orders endpoint. Does not include revenue from commissions.

If the chart is empty, this means that you are not passing revenue with the Loyalty/orders endpoint and/or you do not have any Badges with Tiers setup.

Badges Earned Bar Chart

Number of Loyalty members who have earned each active Badge during the date-range.

Order Transactions Graph & Metrics

  • Number of Orders: Number of orders during the selected date-range, made with the Loyalty/Orders endpoint.

  • Revenue Earned: A sum of the monetary value passed for revenue within Loyalty/orders during the selected date-range.

  • Average Order Value: Average of revenue from Loyalty/orders endpoint during this date-range.

  • Orders Per Enrolled: Number of Loyalty/orders divided by enrolled loyalty members during the selected date-range.


Transaction Activities

A table of Loyalty Order activity recorded with the Loyalty/Orders endpoint during the selected date-range.

  • Ambassador Email: Email of Loyalty member

  • Name: Name of Loyalty member

  • Order Revenue: The amount of revenue passed for a specific order.

  • Total Orders: The total number of orders this loyalty member has made.

  • Average Order Value: The average revenue from orders made by this loyalty member.

    • Technical description = The average monetary value passed in the “total_value” field from the “Cart” object, multiplied by the number of orders.

  • Total Revenue = The sum of revenue from all orders made by this loyalty member.
