Are you utilizing the Ambassador welcome message to issue single use coupon codes to referred-customers?

We recommend that you setup a low balance notification for coupon codes so that you can generate a new batch and import them before you run out completely and impact the referred-customer's experience. (The welcome message won't trigger if you are out of coupon codes!)

How to setup a low balance notification for Coupon Codes

Step 1: Login to Admin 2 - https://admin2.getambassador.com/login

Step 2: Go to Settings > Notifications > click Add Notification

Step 3: Enter your selections...

• Notify via = Email or Webhook

• How Often = Every Time

• When this happens = Coupon Code available balance reaches

• Balance Threshold = Enter the amount you wish to trigger this notification (ex. 500)

Next, depending on if you selected Email or Webhook

• Email = Select the team member(s) who should receive the notification
  - OR -

• Webhook = Enter the webhook URL

  • Enabled = Select Yes or No based on when you're ready to begin triggering it.

Step 4: Click Save
