Additional Information

Recipient FAQ

  • Recipients have 30-days to accept payment or it will be returned to you. PayPal will send them a reminder email.

  • Recipient must accept the payment with an existing PayPal account utilizing that same email or create a new account with that email. Once they accept the payment with that email, they can transfer it to another PayPal account.

  • We recommend requesting us to enable the "PayPal Fallback Email" setting on your account so that if a contact does not add their PayPal email to their profile, we can send the payment to their contact email on file.

  • Once a payout has been made, you cannot cancel an unclaimed payment.

  • Possible Payout Failures

    • Recipient has reached a limit for personal PayPal accounts and PayPal is requiring that they upgrade to a Business account before anymore payments can be received.

    • You do not have enough funds in your Tango or PayPal Business account (depending on fulfillment method).

About Tango Card

Through a built-in integration partnership with Tango, you can easily add PayPal and/or Venmo as a reward option in your Portal Reward Catalog or send directly via email as a Rule Effect. Upon enabling Tango on your account with one click, an Ambassador sub-account for Tango will be created for your company. Those details can be found here in your Ambassador account settings. You are responsible pre-funding the Tango account to cover your rewards. Click here to read more about your Tango account.
