If you're using the new Emails section to create and manage emails sent from an automation, you'll notice that when creating/editing an email template that it has a new look! Now you can search and find merge tags much easier with the left-hand sub-menu. - [Admin 2] "Workflows" are now labeled as "Automations"
If you were previously using the new Workflows tool for Advocacy/Loyalty and Marketing/Engagement Emails, you'll find that we've renamed it "Automations". - [Admin 2] Cookie Consent Popup now integrated with OneTrust
Companies using OneTrust to manage their cookie consent popup can now integrate it with the Ambassador Universal Snippet. - [Admin 1&2] Tracking UTMs added to Share Links for sharing outside of RAF channels
Now when ambassadors click to copy their share link from a RAF widget or email you’ve sent from Ambassador, we place UTM parameters to track the source of where they paste/share their link and when someone clicks on it. - [Admin2][Commission Table] “Date Paid” added to column and filter
Now you can see the date a commission was paid instead of relying on the “Date Updated” date/timestamp. -
[Admin 2] Custom Branded QR Codes Now Available
Our QR Code customization tool allows you to create multiple QR Code styles and assign them to specific campaigns. Each ambassador within a campaign will automatically see their personalized QR Code using the assigned style, making it easy to maintain consistent branding and enhance visual appeal. -
[Admin 2] Flagged Contact Reason & Description added-to/stored Contact Activity
Now if a contact is flagged, you can find the contact reason and description in the activity history of their Contact record, even after the contact is unflagged by your team.
