Admin App

    Within Commission/History, the Tango Redemption Status has been updated to include all available status values, including Pending, Redeemed, Canceled, Expired

  • [Admin 1 & 2] Annual reset option added for commission bonus calculation
    A commission bonus can now be calculated on converted referrals in a specific campaign based on "All Time", "Weekly", "Monthly", or “Annual”.

Portal App

  • [Portal 2] Tango Gift Card reward details now visible in the activity table
    When an ambassador redeems points or cash credit for a Tango related gift card or prepaid card in their Portal account, the details of the gift card sent to them are now also made visible to them in the Activity table > redemption activity line-item.

  • [Portal 2] Dynamic list of password requirements added
    When a user logs into their Portal account for the first time or resets their password, they will now see a list of password requirements to make it easier to setup.

Systems & API

  • [System] System check to flag inactive team members
    A new system check has been put in place to flag when a team member has access to a company but has not logged in for 12+months. When flagged, the Ambassador support team will reach out to the company to recommend a review and cleanup, as well as suggest SSO adoption.

  • [System] System check to flag missing email configurations
    A new system check has been put in place to flag missing email configurations. When flagged, the Ambassador support team will reach out to notify your team and assist with resolving it.

  • [API] Filters added to Commission/All API endpoint for transaction_id and Referred Customer Email/UID
    Ability to filter the commission/all endpoint by the commission's transaction_id, as well as expand the 'email' and 'uid' parameters to include the referred customers and referring ambassador.
