Referral Campaign Emails - Analytics

Overview

Within your Referral Dashboard, the "Referral Email Metrics" button will take you to a section to review performance of the following Referral campaign emails sent by Ambassador:

  • New Ambassador

  • Pending Commission

  • Approved Commission

  • Campaign Access

  • Denied Commission 

  • Fulfilled Payout

By default, the Analyze section will display data for all of these email types throughout the full duration of your program. You can use the Start Date, End Date and Email Type filters at the top of the page to narrow the data further. 

What data is included?

The graph at the top of the page provides an overview of email performance based on 3 data points: 

  • Requests: The total number of emails which were sent to your ambassadors.

  • Opens: The total number of times the emails were opened. Please note, this is a total number opens rather than a unique number of opens. 

  • Clicks: The total number of clicks which occurred within the emails Please note, this is a total number of clicks rather than a unique number of clicks.

The chart below the graph provides an in-depth look at email performance, separated by date sent and based on 15 data points.

How do I export the data?

You can export the data to a CSV file by clicking the "Export" button at the top of the page.
