Issuing voucher codes as a reward for referrals or loyalty? If so, we recommend that you setup a notification to receive an email or webhook when your voucher code balance is running low so that you be notified when it's time to generate and import more codes before you run out completely.

How to setup a low balance notification for Voucher Codes

Step 1: Login to Admin 2 - https://admin2.getambassador.com/login

Step 2: Go to Settings > Notifications > click Add Notification

Step 3: Enter your selections...

• Notify via = Email or Webhook

• How Often = Every Time

• When this happens = Voucher Code available balance reaches

• Balance Threshold = Enter the amount you wish to trigger this notification (ex. 200)

Next, depending on if you selected Email or Webhook

• Email = Select the team member(s) who should receive the notification
  - OR -

• Webhook = Enter the webhook URL

  • Enabled = Select Yes or No based on when you're ready to begin triggering it.

Step 4: Click Save
