Overview

Monitor your reward activity, including Portal Catalog redemptions, with the Rewards Dashboard.

By default, the dashboard will display data across all segments over the last 30 days.

You can filter the data for a different date-range, segment, or click "Customize Stats" to toggle between Points (non-monetary) and Cash (monetary) rewards.


Overview Graph & Metrics

  • Issued: Total of points or cash value issued with Portal Rewards during the selected date-range.

  • Outstanding: Total points or cash value issued with Portal Rewards during the selected date-range, that has not yet been redeemed.

Tip: If you are rewarding with Tango rewards, we recommend closely monitoring the "Outstanding" metric so that you can keep in mind how much money you should have in your Tango account.

  • Redeemed: Total points or cash value redeemed during the selected date-range.

  • Expired: Total points or cash value that expired during the selected date-range.

    • Note: By default, points and cash value do not expire. If you would like either to expire after a certain period so that it's not forever lingering, please email Customer Success Manager or support@getambassador.com to request for it to be enabled and let them know the expiration period.

Date-range Comparison

Within each metric, you can see a comparison to the previous period, which takes into account the selected date-range. For example, if you selected a 6-month date-range, it will reflect the prior 6-months. If you want to see a year over year comparison, select a 12-month date-range and it will reflect the previous 12-months for the year prior.

Reward Activity Table

The Reward Activity table is a log of all rewards issued through Loyalty and Referral, including badges, points, and referral commissions and payouts during the selected date-range.

  • Date: Date the activity occurred

  • Email: The email address for the contact the activity is for

  • Type: The type of activity

    • Badge: Loyalty badge earned

    • Points: Points earned for Loyalty activity or referral commissions paid out with Portal Rewards points

    • Cash: Referral commissions paid out with Portal Rewards cash value

    • Referral: Approved commission for a referral

  • Name: The name of the activity (name of loyalty badge, task, activity, name of referral campaign, etc)

  • Amount: The amount of points or cash earned


Redeem Overview

This bar chart provides an overview of each reward a participant redeemed in the Portal Reward catalog during the selected-date range.

Note: This does not include rewards issued directly through standard Referral commission payouts or Loyalty rule effects.

Hover over each bar to see the number of redemptions for that particular reward during the selected date-range.

Toggle between "Net Value of Redemptions" or "Net Number of Redemptions" to update the data within the chart.


Redeem Activity

This table provides a breakdown of each reward a participant redeemed in the Portal Reward catalog during the selected-date range, and includes the following data:

  • Date: Date the redemption occurred

  • Email: Email of the participant who redeemed

  • Reward Name: Name of the reward

  • Points Redeemed: Number of points redeemed for the reward

  • Cash Redeemed: Portal Reward Cash value redeemed for the reward

  • Reward Amount: Value of monetary rewards (ie. $25 Amazon Gift Card)
