Here's what's new at Ambassador in Q4 2024

Admin 2 Improvements

  • Enable new share channels - WhatsApp, Threads, and iMessage in the Refer-a-Friend modules on your landing page and Portal, giving your participants more ways to refer your company! Learn more about these and other share options.

  • Improved click tracking with Facebook, LinkedIn and X to ensure you can report on the value of the networking effect that comes from participants sharing their link on those sites.

  • Loyalty Tasks no longer require a point value, now allowing you to choose alternate ways and flows to reward task completion. Learn more about Tasks here.

  • Date/Time and Order ID now included with each order record in Loyalty Dashboard - Transaction Activity table, making it easier to search for specific orders in question. ​Learn more about the Loyalty Dashboard here.

  • Landing Page settings for Referral Campaigns now provide suggested Source and Medium selections to choose from, in addition to the ability to type in your own custom field names making it easier to label source traffic from specific referral links. Learn about landing pages here.

  • Up-to 10 custom contact fields are now available by default, making it easier than ever to sync or import additional data for segmenting and workflows.

  • Team Member profiles now include first/last name, title, and phone number fields to make it easier for internal user management and permission audits. Learn about team members and permissions here.

  • Improvements to Welcome Bonus logic and email templates, ensuring a reward for the referred-person is correctly applied and communicated. Learn about a welcome bonus here.

  • Now you can manually create an Order or bulk import with a CSV within the Loyalty Dashboard > Transaction Activity table when needed.

  • Reordered and named the Redeem options for setting up your Portal Reward catalog, making it easier to choose and setup the rewards available for redemption in your participants Portal account.

  • Contact filter and exports now include data metrics for Loyalty points earned, redeemed, available, and expired for improved contact management and reporting.
