Here's what's new at Ambassador in Q2 2024

  • New Rewards Dashboard: monitor your reward activity, including Portal Rewards issued and redeemed.​ Learn more.

  • New Loyalty Dashboard: Monitor the performance, engagement, and activity for your Loyalty program. Learn more.

  • Gift Card Update. Upgrade to the Digital Visa Prepaid and Digital MasterCard Prepaid reward products. Learn more.

  • Portal Assets Update. Portal Assets now support a full range of file types including PDF, Video, GIF, PNG, and more! Learn more.
    ​

  • Portal Custom Tab. Create a custom tab in the Portal to iframe content, lead form, etc. Learn more.

  • Portal Customization Update. Customize the background color of your Portal Registration page. Learn more.

  • Portal Metrics Update. Enable metrics for first and second commission events in the Portal. Learn more.

  • Portal Update. Ability for ambassadors to create custom share links in the new Ambassador Portal (if you enable it).

  • Enable a reCAPTCHA for the Portal Registration Form, RAF, or Welcome Message. Protect against online bot activity by enabling a reCAPTCHA for your Portal Registration Form, Refer-a-Friend (RAF) modules, and Welcome Message modules.

  • Set a yearly referral payout limit by campaign. If you would like to limit the amount an individual can earn in a calendar year, you can now set the amount per campaign on your own. Learn more.

  • Loyalty member enrollment. New setting to enroll a contact into a Loyalty & Referral program when they enroll through a RAF or Portal Registration Form.
    ​

  • QR Code Customization. Ability to customize QR Code font in Refer-a-Friend (RAF) modules in the Portal or your website.

  • Loyalty Points. Manually issue Loyalty points to a contact with a CSV import.
    ​

  • Portal Rewards Sort Order. Set the order of how rewards appear in the Portal catalog.
    ​

  • Commission Column Updates. Commission data columns renamed from Rewards to Redemption Status and from Gift Card to Payment Method.
    ​

  • Custom Portal Rewards Update. Custom Portal Rewards can be saved as a draft without an image during setup.
    ​

  • Loyalty Rule Builder update. All ten custom contact fields are available for use in the Loyalty rule builder.
